Star Trails On Crater Lake
After the crazy hike to the top I then drove to an overlook to grab a star trail picture with the village of Crater Lake in the background. It was insanely windy and insanely cold!! I was not prepared at all for the weather with shorts and a t-shirt that night. We finally left and made it back to Bend around 1:30 AM:)

Crater Lake
After 12 miles of hiking at 7,000 plus elevation we ended up at the peak to catch the sun setting of the lake. The last trail we did ended up at a peak where the elevation was 8,100. Lots of snow still covered the ground and it got pretty darn cold. I even had to use my phone flash light to make it back down the mountain after sunset. It was an adventure to say the least.

4th at Bend Oregon
Here are some firework shots that are shot off the top of the hill in Bend, OR. The big finally will show the hill catching of fire at the bottom left of the photo!

Goonies!
After Portland we traveled to Astoria and Cannon Beach. Of course this is where most people that have a good mind, unlike Riley, love seeing the locations of where the Goonies were filmed. Sorry Riley;) haha. Here are just several shots from the coast line.

Where the 90's Lives on
Here are some awesome photos from Portland. I got to travel around the city while Laura had to work. It was my turn since she got to do the same thing in Vietnam where I had to work and she got to Vaca around the city:) Here is Margaret and Riley trying to relive the 90's with their awesome new hair color. Shots of Mt. Hood. One taken at the Japanese Garden and the other over the Columbia River at Sunset. These two shots were actually in the city and are Redwood Trees in t
