Carlsbad Caverns

We spent most of the day in the caverns, which has the largest room in North America at 8.2 acres of floor area. We found a rabbit and a cave monster in the cavern. I think the total amount of miles we ended up walking was around 4 miles. Laura and I were so slow that mom finished 15-20 minutes before us, and we had no idea where she went. I guess we just move too slow for her. Oh well. We finished the day at a very nice restaurant called the Yellow Brix Restaurant.
